A naturally leavened sourdough enriched with red grape skin powder, and delicately scented with rosemary and thyme. Its crumb carries soft herbal notes and a hint of fruitiness - aromatic, but not arrogant. This loaf is a tribute to the rhythm of vineyard life: earthy, balanced, and quietly expressive.
Every loaf is baked to exceed 700g in weight.
