A hearty sourdough blend of 30% white bread flour, 60% wholemeal and 10% rye (organic), enriched with a mix of carefully selected seeds. This loaf has a deep, earthy flavour and a satisfying chew, with a richly aromatic crust and soft, seeded crumb. Rooted in tradition, The Rustic Crown is a humble but noble bread - wholesome, grounded, and full of character, just like the countryside it was inspired by.
