A sourdough born from brotherhood! This loaf celebrates the friendship between a Hungarian and an Egyptian, blending the heart of two cultures into one harmonious bake.
Crafted with traditional sourdough methods and enriched with Egyptian flavors, it’s infused with fenugreek powder, nigella seeds, sesame seeds, fennel, coriander, and a touch of date syrup.
The result is a boldly aromatic bread with a fragrant, open crumb and a crisp, golden crust.
Rooted in tradition and shaped by connection, Pharaoh’s Loaf is a unique expression of heritage, friendship and gratitude.
Offered with love to my brother Tam Mohsen, whose spirit inspired this loaf and my bakery! 🙏
Every loaf is baked to exceed 700g in weight. Allergens: Wheat (gluten), Sesame

This micro bakery was born from a deep desire to return to something real, slow, mindful bread made the way it once was, with nothing but flour, water, salt, and time.
Running a one-person bakery is a labour of love, and every loaf is made by hand, using natural fermentation and traditional methods. If you believe in the value of craftsmanship, sustainability, and soulful food, consider supporting this project.
Your donation helps cover the rising cost of quality ingredients, equipment, and the time it takes to bake bread that’s truly nourishing both physically and spiritually. Every contribution, big or small, helps this little oven keep glowing.
Thank you for helping keep the culture alive.
