Made with flour, milk, butter, sugar, and a touch of salt, each kifli is simple, comforting, and beautifully versatile. They’re finished with your choice of topping such as sesame seeds, poppy seeds, cheddar cheese, coarse salt or left plain for a traditional, understated version.
Every kifli is baked to exceed 75g in weight.
