A bold twist on traditional sourdough, still crafted with care, but layered with the warmth of sharp cheddar and the kick of jalapeño. Made from strong white bread flour (organic), water, and salt, this loaf follows the same long cold proofing and careful fermentation as our classics. But the addition of aged cheddar and vibrant green chilies creates a rich, savory crumb with bursts of mellow heat throughout. Its crust bakes deep and golden, crackling as it cools, while the inside remains tender, flavorful, and just spicy enough to make you reach for another slice.
This is comfort with an edge, a loaf to share, crave, and remember.
